Minh began his career in 1991 as a
magazine and advertising photographer
while attending St. Edward’s University
in Austin, Texas. He owned and operated
a commercial photography studio from
1992-1999. He moved to New York City
in 1999 and began working as graphic
designer until 2006. Upon moving to
Seattle in 2006, he has been fully
engaged in a visual fine art process
by incorporating photography, graphic
design, video and mixed media that
addresses cultural, social and political
identity. His work has been exhibited
nationally and internationally in group
and solo shows. In 2010, he co-founded
IDEA Odyssey Gallery in Seattle’s
International District, an artist co-op
gallery dedicatedto multi-cultural
visual artist. Presently, he is a tenured
professor and co-chair of the Visual Arts
Department at Edmonds Community
College in Lynnwood, WA.
